This course is designed as an introduction for the Teacher Preparation Program and a team-building course for adult degree-completion candidates. Emphasis will be placed on group interaction, understanding and appreciating the views of others, and personal growth. Students will also be introduced to available resources. Emphasis will also be placed on the uses of TaskStream as our electronic assessment platform, a thorough review of the Conceptual Framework, Teacher Preparation Goals, the Teacher Preparation Handbook, as well as The Urban Teacher for the Urban Learner vision.
