This course serves as an overview of organizational structure and behavior. Particular emphasis is on the individual's role within the organization. An objective of this course is the development of the student's potential for becoming an effective member of the organization and a manager of people. A wide variety of topics is covered including managing organizational behavior, dynamics of organizational life, motivation, work design, organization design, and organizational change and development. 5 weeks.
