Teachers will use and interpret educational and psychological tests, with an emphasis on the identification and problems of measurement of exceptional learners. Attention will be given to referrals, case studies, and case conferences. Methods and techniques of assessment, diagnosis and classification of students with Mental Impairment, Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities and the Autistic Spectrum will be explored.
