Students will analyze and use the principles and theories of testing, assessment and evaluation. Specific topics will include types of tests, work samples, situational assessments to assess developmental variables, vocational skills, functional and physical capacities and personality characteristics. Students are required to attend a lab. Interpretation of assessment results and report writing will be an integral part of the course.
