This course combines classroom learning with practical application in the workplace. It is instructed bilingually, both in English and Chinese. Part 1: Career Management addresses topics about developing personal responsibility for success and versatility for adapting to changing forces in the workplace. Students will explore and discuss their personal strengths and strategies for career management. Part II: Practicum requires 160 hours of internship in work settings which give students the opportunity to "shadow" business people in professional roles, develop their skills by assisting in actual projects in the workplace, give back to the community through service learning, and experience diverse environments.
