This course is designed to further majors' understanding of statistics and research methods that will enable students to understand research in the behavioral sciences and to conduct reasonably sophisticated research of their own. The main goal of this class is to further refine the project initiated in PSY450 Research in Psychology and to conduct the actual project. Students will collect data for the project, keypunch and statistically analyze the data, and write a research report based on APAguidelines. Ideally, students will present their research at a professional conference.
