CIP 1505070011 Minimum certification requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) for a hazardous waste site worker as found in 29CFR-1910.120 and 40CFR-264.16. Designed for persons with responsibilities in the hazardous waste management business, the course will be an in-depth study of Hazardous Waste Operations, and will explore best practices. It will provide 40 hour certification as well as regular academic credit. (3 SCH, 3 lecture, 0 lab) Prerequisite: One of the following OSHT courses: OSHT 1309, OSHT 1401, OSHT 1405 or OSHT 2401 or approval of the division chair.
