This course will acquaint the student with the assessment methodology needed to perform a biopsycho- social assessment of clients in the human services field. A strong emphasis will be to help the student develop skilled interviewing techniques and artful methods for eliciting information. Students will also learn decision-making and referral skills involved with case management. Prerequisite: PSY2012 or permission of the Program Chair
