This course covers topics in basic calculus for students majoring in business, the social sciences, or the liberal arts. The general concepts of functions, limits, derivatives, and integrals will be discussed numerically, graphically, and algebraically. Focus on real work applications will demonstrate the importance and relevance of the calculus in the work place. The graphing calculator will be used in the course.
