This course is aimed at introducing the small business student to the importance and nuances of marketing for a small start-up adventure. The student will learn how to develop a target market segment for a fictional or real firm and then design a Marketing Mix (Executive Summary & 4 P's - Product, Place, Promotion, and Price) to reach target customers in the identified segment. Low budget, small business oriented marketing methods will be the focus of the project. Prerequisites: MKT2014
