The biology of neurons will be studied at various levels, including the cell and molecular biology of the neuron, neuronal development, neuroanatomy, cognition, and behavior. This course will emphasize scientific reading and writing, including oral communication of scientific material. Three hours of lecture per week. Prerequisite: BIOL 0201.
