The development of plants and animals will be studied. A particular emphasis will be made on how conserved molecular mechanisms result in the divergence of living organisms. Model organisms will be used in both lecture and lab to explore developmental processes. Three hours of lecture and four hours of lab per week. Prerequisite: BIOL 0201.
