4 CREDIT HOURS This course provides an introduction to the theory and practice of management within nonprofit organizations including churches, charities, hospitals, and human service organizations. Students will consider best practices in managing the human resources, finances, operations, and strategy in mission-dirven, not-for-profit organizations.
