Introductory Physics 1 Pre: MAT132 or 152 with 'C' or better, and Comm Proficiency Co: Non-calculus physics course for technical and transfer programs. The general subject covered is mechanics. Specific topics include: vectors, rectilinear motion, dynamics, work, energy and power, momentum, rotational dynamics. Fulfills open, liberal arts, and with PHY102, laboratory science sequence electives. (3 hours of lecture, 2 hours of lab per week)
