Description:

Credits: 3 Prerequisite(s): None Currently offered: Spring 2008: Online (2) Description: Strategy and planning are activities presented as an interactive and ongoing process that is increasingly owned by middle management rather than being a "top down" single stage process. The process is one of designing, executing and adjusting thereby allowing strategies to be refined or even emerge as learning occurs. Because of the integrative nature of this course, case studies will address all areas of the Integrated Reflective Practice model.
