2 credits. Every semester Students learn the basic concepts of wellness by becoming familiar with the six domains of health: physical, social, mental, spiritual, occupational, and environmental. The primary goal is to help students learn to intertwine these health domains for general wellness. Other topics include smoking cessation, eating disorders, obesity, posture, stress management, self-esteem, basic nutrition, and exercise prescription.
