To develop easy, flexible use of the body, emphasis is placed on: observing unconscious habits that interfere with balanced, natural movement; experiencing healthy, functional movement and incorporating into daily life; clarifying basic movement through two- and three-dimensional anatomical images; studying issues of support, flexibility, and whole body organization. Required for freshmen acting majors.
