This course focuses on the coordination of interior design components. Through this course the students will develop and apply complete space plans, fl oor plans, and design schemes for Kitchen and Bath applications. The students will use kitchen specifi cation plan guidelines to build cabinet components as well as using appropriate multipliers to determine retail, cost, and selling pricing of their fi nished product and design. In addition, areas of appropriate cabinetry, kitchen mechanical systems, Drawing and Presentation standards, electrical/lighting, appropriate placement of materials, fi nishes, codes, function of space, and equipment are covered.
