4 hours; 4 credits An introduction to the complex art of directing. Students will begin by considering the question of what it is that a director does, and developing a range of basic skills and theatrical languages. By the end of the class, students will have the opportunity to direct a scene. Students are required to act in the scenes and exercises directed by other students. Prerequisites: DRA 110, DRA 373
