Open only to School of Business Administration upper division students; others by consent of chairperson. Three credits maximum in an academic semester. In-depth investigation of accounting or tax subject or subject matter not covered in regular coursework. Advanced reading and research under supervision of accounting faculty member. Student chooses topic, research method, data sources, and theoretical question(s). Not a substitute for a regularly-offered course. (T)
