The structural and functional coordination of human cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems in the context of the overall life of humans. BI260 begins at the molecular level and progresses through cells, tissues, integumentary, skeletal, and muscular systems. BI 261 begins with the nervous system and progresses through the remaining organ systems of the human body. It is recommended that the two courses be taken in sequence with BI260 coming first.
