Computer Graphic Applications I is a tutorial in Macintosh basics with a hands-on approach to the powerful page layout capability of QuarkXPress, creation and manipulation of digital imagery with Adobe Photoshop CS, and the drawing and vector art with Adobe Illustrator CS. Through various twodimensional and three-dimensional projects, students will learn to design with the computer as a tool for graphic problem solving. Scanning and the use of the digital camera are included.
