Description:
A course which provides an opportunity for synthesis of technical, professional, and general knowledge for seniorlevel students. Problems provided by industrial sponsors are studied by individual students or small teams of students to develop solutions which incorporate consideration of engineering, economic, social, environmental, and ethical dimensions of the problems. Formal written and oral reports to faculty, industrial sponsors, and invited guests are required. Prereq: Senior standing or consent of instructor.
