Topics include the law of agency as applied to real estate brokers and salespeople, law of fixtures, estates (including leases), conveyancing of real estate, real estate managers, zoning, cooperatives, condominiums, and license laws of Ohio. Successful completion of this course meets part of the licensing requirements for real estate salespeople in Ohio.
