This course is designed to provide students with information for the design and implementation of a successful strength and conditioning program. Emphasis will be placed on assessment, description and analysis of sport movement, and designing weight training programs to enhance performance variables. This course will assist those students who desire to take the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) Exam. However, this course is not a preparation course for the exam. Prerequisites & Notes MSCI 313, 315, 319 and 321.
