Canine Training Pre: ANS102 Co: This course is designed to allow the student to take the information learned in behavior and apply it to training dogs. Skills taught will include puppy temperament testing, preventative puppy training, basic obedience commands, training to modify behavior problems, training for AKC good citizenship title, tracking, and basic agility. The student will be introduced to AKC obedience trails, the degrees and titles, and the classes offered. Students are expected to supply their own dogs for the course. More than one dog may be used. (2 hours of lecture per week)
