Skills are developed in reading, writing, listening and speaking, with special emphasis on interpersonal communication and an understanding of Hispanic cultures. Individual and group exercises are combined with experiential activities so that students learn the language in context. Taught primarily in Spanish. Lab or other outside activity may be required.
