Currently offered: Spring 2008: Day/Evening (1) Description: This course provides an opportunity for intensive analysis of and writing about theater from the perspective of the text and the production. Students read and discuss plays before seeing them performed. They also study other plays by the same playwright. Students learn to keep a reading log, analyze, discuss and write about plays considering the dramatic elements of text and production. They also write reviews and short scenes of their own. Cost of the tickets are not included in the cost of the course.
