This laboratory course engages students in the practical application of military leadership techniques. As seniors, the students lead freshman, sophomore, and junior members of the military science program. The students plan, organize, and supervise field training, physical fitness training, ceremonies, and common task training. They teach, coach, counsel, and mentor the members of their organizations. They motivate the members of the other classes while modeling the organization's values and professional ethics. Co-requisite: This laboratory must be taken concurrently with MLTS 401/402.
