This laboratory course engages students in the practical application of military leadership techniques. The students perform as leaders of small teams or as leaders of larger organizations consisting of two or more teams (1) conducting field training, including employment of platoons, squads, and fire teams, (2) performing physical fitness training, (3) executing military drill and ceremonies, and (4) learning common military tasks and skills. The students apply techniques of leadership to accomplish missions while caring for the welfare of their team members.
