Session Cycle: Fall and Spring Yearly Cycle: Annual This course contains the principle leadership instruction of the Basic Program. Building upon the fundamentals introduced in MS 100 course, this instruction delves into several aspects of communication and leadership theory. The use of practical exercises are significantly increased over previous semesters. Cadets are required to apply communication and leadership concepts. Virtually the entire semester teaches critical "life skills" which are relevant to their future success in the Army. The semester concludes with a major leadership and problem-solving case study, which draws on virtually all of the classroom instruction received during the first three semesters of the Basic Program. Upon completion of this semester, cadets should be well grounded in the fundamental principles of leadership, and be prepared to intensify the practical application of their studies during the MS-III year. This course is designed for sophomore students. 3.000 Credit Hours 3.000 Lecture hours 1.500 Lab hours Levels: Undergraduate Schedule Types: Lecture/Lab College of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Division Military Science Department
