It is the intent of this course to provide novice business professionals state of the art management knowledge to act effectively and think decisively. Students will be exposed to the historical classics of Management Theory, as well as the four pillars of managerial behavior: planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. This course applies only to the Business Administration minor or business core.
