Session Cycle: Fall and Spring Yearly Cycle: Annual In this course we examine the methods of governing behavior in cyberspace from the United States and a global perspective. We begin with a study of the infrastructure of the Internet and its regulation. The legal principles inherent in the First Amendment, intellectual property, privacy and commerce are examined.
