Biederwolf Required of:None Electable by:All Offered:Spring, Summer, Fall Description Building upon basic concepts and skills learned in MTEC-111 (Introduction to Music Technology), this course will give students an opportunity to continue to explore the creative uses of music technology tools and deepen their understanding of the principles that underlie these uses of technology. By completing a number of hands-on projects and assignments, students will advance their knowledge of audio recording and editing, MIDI sequencing, sound design using synthesizers, samplers, and DSP applications, notation software, and web authoring for purposes of self-promotion.
