Concepts and approaches to the organization and development of a music curriculum as applied to general music, instrumental, and choral programs. Special attention focused on the adolescent. Motivational concepts, administrative organization, student/instructor relationship, community involvement, the special student, cultural backgrounds, and evaluational procedures. Minimum of 15 hours assigned observation in secondary schools in the Greater Boston area.
