This laboratory course is closely coordinated with CHEM 102 and serves to illustrate the principles of organic and biochemistry examined in that course. Qualitative experiments involving primarily organic and biological systems are carried out. The combination of both CHEM 103 and 104 is equivalent to CHEM 106. CHEM 102 must be taken concurrently with CHEM 104. 1 semester hour
