Students will analyze a variety of organizational and administrative principles related to programming for Christian ministry. Topics include leadership training, small group development, curriculum development and evaluation, teacher training and development of congregational resources. Students will be working in internship positions in which they can develop leadership skills appropriate to their particular internship setting. Prerequisite: REL 126.
