The Jazz Ensemble features improvisation solos by different students at each of several performances each year. Membership in the fully instrumented organizations is open to all students of the College. This course does not fulfill the large ensemble requirement for music majors. Prerequisite: permission of the instructor. Credit: 1 semester hour.
