This is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance. It progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. The Rape Aggression Defense System is dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts and techniques against various types of assault. It utilizes easy, effective, and proven selfdefense tactics. Women will be equipped to make an educated decision regarding their personal safety. Attendance, participation, an exam, and a Dynamic Simulation with a final paper will determine grades. 1 cr.
