Emphasis on both qualitative and quantitative aspects of human resource management including recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, training, compensation, and labor relations. Course work comprises projects, cases, and exercises related to each aspect of human resources. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credits for MGT331 or MGT431.
