This General Education Capstone Course (GECC) focuses in part on ways in which information and methods of analysis and evaluation associated with liberal studies disciplines can assist future teachers in developing their own perspectives on current important issues in education. The course also introduces means by which these methods of analysis and evaluation can be incorporated into instructional approaches for promoting critical thinking among secondary and adult students.
