Examines the theoretical foundations of speech communication through defi nitional analysis and examination of communication models, code elements and ethical considerations pertinent to communication in our society. This course provides the opportunity for each student to participate in interpersonal and public speaking presentations to develop his/her skills in interacting with others in both the personal and professional arenas. This course is required of all B.A. and B.S. degree candidates.
