This course provides students with an understanding of legal issues regarding the family including marriage, rights and responsibilities of spouses, and reproductive rights; annulment, separate maintenance and divorce; spousal support, child support, and child custody; and adoption, paternity, abuse & neglect of children and domestic violence.
