The course uses an experiential learning approach that provides potential and practicing managers with behavioral science intervention theory and methods for improving organizational performance. The students’ work will focus on planned change of organizational cultures and processes such as communication, team building, roles, confl ict and structure, with the aim of enhancing management behavior, human resources and productivity.
