This is a seminar in major police issues. The topics will vary according to the interests of the instructor and students but will focus on current issues in police operations. Topics may include offi cer selection and promotion processes, academy and fi eld training, corruption and brutality, minorities and women in police work, crime prevention, community relations and community policing.
