Topics to be covered include privacy rights, intellectual property rights, electronic transactions and liabilities, hacking, computer crime, encryption policies, offensive speech, anonymity, employee monitoring and e-mail policies, censorship, AI/expert systems, codes of ethics (ACM, IEEE, ISC(2) and NSPE) and political freedom.
