Organization, current legislation and the roles and relationships of the health care professions are discussed in detail. Emphasis is placed upon roles of hospital management. Factors of comprehensive health care, hospitals, and extended care facilities. Responsibility of the health care agency regarding competent and responsible care of patients is defi ned. Organization patterns in health care agencies, as well as contributions of health professionals and paraprofessionals in meeting human needs will be emphasized. PR: MGMT 3390 and INFO 1100.
