Including an analysis of the major works of dramatists such as Benavente, Valle-Inclán, García Lorca, Mihura, Buero Vallejo, Alfonso Sastre, Carlos Muniz, Lauro Olmo, Arrabal, Antonio Gala, and others. (literature) Prerequisite: SPN 313 or equivalent Dramatic arts students should also consider: ENL 272 Playwriting I, ENL 373 Playwriting II, and ENL 435 Playwright’s Workshop.
