3 hours; 3 credits The study of the law of corporations, estates, trusts and wills, regulation of employment, and securities regulations (Federal Securities Acts) will be covered in depth. Trade regulation, consumer protection, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, intentional torts, negligence, and strict liability will be discussed.
