Emphasis on eukaryotes and experimental analysis (recombinant DNA and other methods) of genomes, gene structure/function, and expression. Prerequisites: BIO 205, CHM 142, and CHM 127 or permission of the instructor. Recommended: BIO 312, BIO 370, BIO 352 or the equivalent
